These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between the baje light platform and its users. By creating an account, logging in, or starting to use any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. baje light reserves the right to change these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

1 Definitions and Scope

The meanings of some key terms used in this document are set out below:

• "Platform" means baje light's website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "User" means any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
• "Account" means a user's registered personal profile.
• "Bonus" means any promotional benefit offered by baje light.
• "Wagering" means the requirement to place bets a specified number of times before bonus funds become withdrawable.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be voided. Separate members of the same household may use individual accounts, but only on the basis of separately verifiable identities.

2.3 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. baje light reserves the right to close an account if false or incorrect information is provided. If any details need to be changed, a request must be made directly through customer support.

2.4 Account Security

It is each user's responsibility to keep their login details confidential. Sharing an account with a third party is prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, the baje light support team must be notified immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on the baje light platform can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The balance is added to the account after each transaction is completed.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

Withdrawals can be made through the same methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

A withdrawal request will only be accepted once the account balance has met the applicable wagering requirements. If there is an active bonus on the account with unfulfilled wagering requirements, the option exists to cancel that bonus and proceed with the withdrawal — however, any winnings related to that bonus will be forfeited.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement to unlock the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,500 — and ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.2 Weekly Reload Bonus

Under the weekly baje light reload promotion, a 30% bonus on deposits is available, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 18 times and the minimum deposit is ৳200. It can be claimed once per week.

4.3 Slot Festival Bonus

Under the baje light Slot Festival bonus, a 50% bonus on deposits is available, up to ৳8,000. It can only be claimed at the time of deposit for slot games, and the wagering requirement is 20 times.

4.4 General Bonus Terms

• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• baje light reserves the right to change the terms and duration of promotional offers.
• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant account may be closed.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

The baje light VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Cashback is a percentage of the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback. Progress through VIP tiers depends on activity on the platform. Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback funds.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Games and Bets

baje light reserves the right to void bets placed during a technical error or unusual circumstances. A bet for a round cannot be changed or cancelled after the result of that game has been published.

6.2 Misconduct and Cheating

Placing bets using software bugs, bots, or any automated tools is strictly prohibited. Attempting to gain an advantage by betting on multiple accounts or on another person's account is also prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

6.3 Game Results

All game results are determined through an RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer system. baje light does not interfere with game results. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is set by the game provider.

7 Data Protection and Privacy

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• Use of bots or automation software

8.2 Closure by the User

baje light tries to ensure service continuity in the event of any technical disruption, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. The service may be unavailable for brief periods from time to time for maintenance work.

12 Changes to Terms and Enforceability

baje light reserves the right to change, add to, or remove these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in force. These terms form the complete agreement between the user and baje light and replace any prior oral or written understanding.
